SOLAR RISE.
In Nigeria, power supply is unstable, and many people seek alternatives; from the use of generators to rechargeable lamps, candles, and more.
Light is one of the most important aspects of any society, as it is an essential infrastructure that directly affects people and their productivity. Hospitals need electricity to carry out operations at night. Business owners rely on it to preserve their products and ensure smooth sales. Families need electricity to light up dark areas of their homes, watch TV, and enjoy other forms of entertainment. All of this underscores how crucial stable electricity is. As an alternative to the inconsistent power supply, solar energy has come into play. It appears to be the most reasonable option, as it is more affordable to maintain and causes no pollution; either air nor noise.
Solar Rise is a photo story that sheds light on the growing use of solar energy across all sectors of our society.
